The general terms and conditions apply to every order placed on annastee and you agree to these terms and conditions. And no other conditions will be accepted, unless we agree to them in writing in advance. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The version of the Terms and Conditions that applies to your order is the version that can be found on annastee.com at the time of placing your order
Price
Because these are exclusive tailor-made dresses, the price will depend on the composition of the garment
Online purchases
By choosing "slow fashion" we only work on order. This means that the pieces are only produced when all orders have been bundled. How do you proceed: you choose your favorite piece(s), then measure the requested sizes, chest and/or whaist and/or hip circumference, according to the instructions given. Click on the corresponding measurements in the number table, so that you indicate the correct measured number for you. annastee is not responsible for incorrectly measured measurements by the customer, you can contact us by mail in case of doubt about the correct size. The pieces are only produced when they have been paid for. If you have any questions about the ordering procedure, you can always contact customer service

Product information
We have done everything possible to ensure that colours and descriptions of our pieces are as accurate as possible. However, please note that the image and colour quality may vary depending on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your screen will correctly display all the features of the actual product. The models "Top Eireen, Top Isis and Skirt Kwan Yin" are produced in the alternative fabric as described on the product page and you can see the fabric sample on the accompanying picture.
Delivery
The pieces will be delivered after the production of fabrics and garments. You can place orders until September 27. In October the fabrics will be taken into production and in November the pieces will be produced in the atelier. The garments will be delivered by Christmas. We will keep in touch with you about the delivery.
Return policy
You have the right to revoke the contract within 24 hours for the Tailor-made clothing and this only after explicit prior acceptance by mail for serious reasons, according to the procedure that will be communicated to you. The pieces may not contain any traces of wear, such as sweat, smoke, perfume or cooking air. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is suspected that items have been worn, damaged or incorrectly measured. We will make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints.

We recognize privacy concerns. That is why we strictly process personal data at all times in accordance with the privacy policy.
We only collect and process personal data for specific and legitimate purposes, to process orders, for our own marketing purposes, for customer relationship management, newsletters and for statistical purposes.
